Leland had been so helpful with this crazy WA real estate market. We really appreciate his guidance and patience as we looked for the perfect property.

Leland was the best! He was very knowledgable and listened to what we were capable of doing to get the maximum for our property. He made us feel like we were his only clients. I'm so happy we went with Leland!

Start to finish Leland made the process of selling our home easy. Whenever we had a question or a worry he was there with a phone call or text. I cannot imagine a better experience. If you are looking for an honest and reliable realtor, I absolutely recommend using him.

Leland went above and beyond during the sale of my home. He put in so much effort and was driven to help us get the best price possible. He responded quickly and effectively and helped guide us through the daunting task, I cannot recommend him enough. I've already recommended him to several family and friends who have interest in buying / selling real estate. You are in fantastic hands when you choose Leland as your real estate expert.

Leland went above and beyond! Sold for over list price, saved foreclosure, even helped landscape and sold house 2 times due to issue with first buyer! Can't sing his praises enough! Amazing agent!
